Eligibility to Purchase 
To make purchases on the site, you will be required to supply your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other relevant information. You will be required to provide payment details that you represent and confirm that they are valid and correct and confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing address. You agree that we may use your information to provide anti-fraud checks.

Registration 
Anyone under the age of 18 requires a parents approval prior to registering.

All trademarks, tradenames and photography are the property of TheSeptember.com.

Customer Orders 
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. TheSeptember.com offers items for sale that are available for immediate delivery from our distribution center. We also offer the ability to pre-order and pre-pay for items that are not yet received in our distribution center. If you pre-order an item and for any reason it becomes unavailable, a full refund will be provided.

Promotion Codes 
Promotion Codes are valid on qualifying items purchased online at www.theseptember.com. Promotion Codes are non-transferable, and may not be resold. They may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Limit one Promotion Code per transaction. The value of the Promotion Code will be subtracted from any refund of items purchased using the Promotion Code. The September reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion Code at any time.

Promotional Gift Cards 
As of September 1, 2017 blue promotional gift cards have expired and can no longer be redeemed for product at The September. 

Sale Price Adjustment 
The September would be happy to offer a sale price adjustment on any regular priced item purchased 3 days prior to the commencement of sale. Please note that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time of your request. Once an item has been purchased at a sale price, no price adjustment will be offered if the item is further marked-down.

Authentic Products 
The September is an authorized on-line distributor for all of the Designer brands we carry. For that reason, we are able to guarantee that all of the product on our website is 100% authentic.

Reward Points Usage 
Reward Points can be applied to any purchase with a value higher than $100. Maximum points to be applied to each purchase are 10,000 points. Birthday rewards points gifted by The September are non-transferable. 

Important Information 
The September has made every effort to display product as accurately as possible.  As colours vary on computer screens, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately display the colour of the product.
